The lottery’s “3.5m Grand Prize” – an epic two-storey Hamptons-style home at 143 East Tce completed in late 2022 by award-winning Scott Salisbury Homes – has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, numerous indoor and outdoor living spaces, an open-plan rear, a pavilion and a sparkling heated pool.
It also has a fire pit zone, an inbuilt barbecue, a mix of formal and casual living zones, immaculately landscaped gardens and comes fully furnished.
Selling agent Gianna Mezzino of Ouwens Casserly Henley Beach said she was thrilled to be “entrusted with the sale of this exceptional property”.
“The Hospital Research Foundation lottery home truly represents a unique opportunity for buyers to own a slice of absolute coastal luxury and we are excited to showcase the remarkable features and help potential buyers turn their dream into a reality,” she said.
According to the lottery’s website, the property’s winner Trevor of Port Augusta West also pocketed $250,000 cash.
Proceeds from the initial home lottery helped the company fund vital medical research, equipment, and patient care projects for more than 50 areas of disease and illness.
The property is being marketed without a price guide, and is going to auction on Saturday, June 24.
