Love It or List It Australia is on the hunt for Melbourne homeowners who have fallen out of love with their property for season five of the popular Foxtel series.
Design guru Neale Whitaker and real estate expert Andrew Winter will return to host the show, airing later this year, with filming beginning next month.

The concept involves Whitaker trying to make homeowners fall back in love with their property after making changes to suit their expressed wants and needs, while Winter attempts to get them to sell by finding suitable listings for sale.
But the playing field is vastly different this year amid shifting conditions.

Whitaker noted it was “a very changed environment to previous seasons”, and Winter said it was “following on from one of the most dynamic and shifting housing markets for decades”.
