An award-winning luxury home with stunning interiors by The Block winner Shannon Vos has hit the market in Torquay.
A Sex and the City inspired shoe room, yoga retreat and handmade bricks from Denmark headline high-end features at 23-25 Munday St.
The four-bedroom home, just two blocks from the beach, is expected to fetch $7.5m-$7.7m.
A resort-style back yard centred around a magnesium swimming pool is one of vendors Paul and Jane Fielding’s favourite hang-outs.

The co-owners of The Sands Torquay resort said entertaining was at the heart of the home, completed in 2018.
They have hosted up to 120 people there, such is the scale of the living and outdoor spaces.
“For me it was about having a modern home that has all the beautiful fittings and all the Wolf and Gaggenau appliances which I love in the kitchen,” Mrs Fielding said.
“But I sometimes find modern homes can be a bit cold and clinical so that’s why there is all the wood because I wanted it to feel much more like a home than a house.
“You can actually create those zones by closing things off when we need to, so you definitely get that warmth and cosiness, or open it all up.”

The main living space upstairs flows out to a deck which overlooks the pool below.
The outdoor entertainment area has an open fireplace crafted from handmade bricks and a built-in barbecue.
The two-storey house was a collaborative effort between acclaimed architect Frank Bienefelt, Torquay builder Stuart Voss and interior design Mr Vos, who won The Block Glasshouse in 2014.
It was named the HIA Western Victoria Home of the Year in 2020, impressing judges with its extensive timber detailing and integrated technology.
An understated kitchen with Wolf ovens, integrated Gaggenau ovens, a Sub-Zero wine fridge, butler’s pantry with dumbwaiter and a 4m island bench anchors the main living space.
Mrs Fielding said Mr Vos took her all over Melbourne to source pieces for the interior, including dozens of artworks.

“He was fantastic in that sense of guiding me through to make sure it all worked,” she said.
“It has created defined spaces just the furniture and accessories he’s put in. He’s done really well.”
Each of the bedrooms has its own ensuite, while the dreamy main bedroom suite boasts his and hers wardrobes and the purpose-built shoe room of Mrs Fielding’s dreams.
“I have loved shoes since I was young. It’s an obsession – if I like it I buy it in every colour,” she said.
Every detail was considered in the main bedroom.
The house has five bathrooms.
Yoga space, gym or pool house – the choice is yours.
Mr Fielding said the premium location meant you could walk to Cosy Corner, shops and cafes but still come home to what felt like a private resort.
“I am one of 16 children and Torquay was our base in summer for the better part of my life so being able to step outside the front door and be on the sand in less than five minutes is really good,” he said.
