Gold Coast heavy hitter Andrew Federowsky has sold his quirky Clear Island Waters property for $4.65 million after a short stint on the market.
Mr Federowsky, who co-founded the world’s largest trade exchange business Bartercard, listed his property at 2 Bollard Circuit in June with Alex Phillis and Jun Yang of Phillis Real Estate.
It this week sold to a Gold Coast buyer.
The property at 2 Bollard Circuit, Clear Island Waters featured a waterfront entertaining area with a pool.
The inside living area connects seamlessly to the outside.

“We had tonnes of interest in this one,” Mr Phillis said.
“At the open homes there would be at least 20 groups.
“The house had really unique features so we really played on that with our marketing.”
Mr Federowsky and wife Nicky paid $1.035m in 2001 for the property and spent more than $1.2m over the years injecting their own personalities into the home.
“I really have to credit my wife for the styling,” he said.
“She’s a fashion designer and an artist and she has an eye for it.”
The property features some quirky styling.
The foyer features a giant Alice in Wonderland chair that leads guests into an open-plan living room with a wide waterfront view.
The four-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion includes a blue kitchen as well as a six-car garage and man cave covered wall-to-wall in Mr Federowsky’s collection of racing memorabilia.
The latest transformation was the facade of the house, which was freshly rendered and painted white.

Mr Phillis said Clear Island Waters had emerged as a prestige suburb on the Gold Coast with buyers splashing big bucks to secure real estate.
“This sale is a good sign for a property that isn’t in the gated section of Clear Island Waters,” Mr Phillis said.
“It just shows how much Clear Island Waters has grown.
“Buyers are paying really good prices to live in there.”
42-44 Clear Water Bay Ave, Clear Island Waters sold last month for $5 million.
Last month, the Clear Island Waters suburb record was broken when a waterfront mansion sold under the hammer for $5 million.
The six-bedroom, six-bathroom trophy home on 1,722 sqm at 42-44 Clear Water Bay Ave smashed the record for the top residential sale in the blue chip suburb by $250,000.
