The swanky property is listed with Zed Real Estate Hampton East boss Zed Nasheet.

“The owner is a car fanatic and he told me to chuck the G-Wagon in with the sale,” Mr Nasheet said.

“The concrete floors (in the basement) cost him $150,000, and because of his car collection he put in a car hoist as well to make sure they were well looked after. Every guy likes his toys.”

He added it was the perfect family home, featuring six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a glamorous kitchen with concrete benchtops, Gaggenau and Liebherr appliances and a butler’s pantry.
