Using Peerspace to find restaurants with private rooms
Now that you know how to search for a specific activity on Peerspace, it’s time to use that knowledge to find restaurants! Once you have a list of results that can accommodate your type of event or production, you’ll see a bar on the top of your screen that says “What kind of space are you looking for?”. Scroll over until you see “Restaurant”, and click on that thumbnail. You can then enter “Private Dining Room” into the keywords bar to find only results that have a private room available.
If you’ve also gone through and entered all the information from the previous section, you should have a list of only the most relevant search results. Don’t have enough listings? Zoom out on the interactive map to broaden your search area.
When you start to visit individual listings, be on the lookout for the plethora of valuable information that’s available on each page. First, take a short virtual tour through the space by looking through the high-resolution photos uploaded by the host. Then, scroll down a little and read through the information in the description of the space. Last, check out the amenities that are available. If there’s something missing or if you have more questions, reach out to the host and start a dialogue through the “Message the Host” button.
Another crucial piece of information you should be on the lookout for is any reviews left by Peerspace community members who have already rented the space. You’ll be able to see what kind of event they hosted, the number of attendees, and a short review of their experience. With all of this at your fingertips, you’ll have no problem coming to a wise and informed decision!
