Fabergé has promoted managing director Antony Lindsay to the role of CEO.
He will replace Sean Gilbertson, who has become executive chairman of the Fabergé board.
Lindsay worked for five and a half years as Fabergé’s managing director.
He remains a member of the board of directors for both Fabergé UK Ltd and Gemfields UK Ltd.
Prior to joining Fabergé, Lindsay held positions at Graff Diamonds and David Morris International.
Lindsay has 24 years of experience within the jewellery industry and is a certified gemologist of two globally renowned gemmological associations.
He is also a freeman of Goldsmiths and served as president of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) London Chapters Alumni from 2002-2005.
He joined Fabergé in 2010 as global wholesale director, and has played an “integral role in the growth of the business over the last 13 years”.
Lindsay said: “It remains a tremendous honour and privilege to play my part in writing the next chapter in the history of Fabergé, one of the most revered and celebrated names in luxury.”
