After nearly a year on the market and two price drops, Mark Wahlberg has finally sold his Beverly Park mega mansion for $55,000,000. The rapper turned actor initially listed the palatial residence for $87,500,000 in April 2022; it was then taken off the market after several months of inactivity. It was re-listed in late-November 2022 for $79,500,000 and eventually reduced by another $24,500,000 within a few months.

The expansive abode features approximately 30,500 square feet of living space with 12 bedrooms, 20 bathrooms, two-story foyer with double staircase, an elevator, great room with two fireplaces, an eat-in gourmet kitchen with double islands, two-story wood-paneled library with fireplace, a wine cellar and separate tasting room, stadium-style home theater, well-equipped home gym, an enclosed outside living area with fireplace, a lounge with wet bar, and much more.
Outdoor features include a gated entrance, motor and parking courts, open and covered patios, BBQ kitchen, open and rooftop terraces, resort-style free form grotto swimming pool with waterfall, lighted sport court and skate park, a five-hole golf course, a pavilion with fireplace, and a guest house.
