Wearing my favorite embroidered top for summer with shorts. I couldn’t resist the pretty embroidery with its pops of pink when I saw it at my favorite local boutique, Vintage Charm. The shorts were a J. Crew Factory find. These pieces combined together to create a casual chic look for hot summer days and nights.

Summer Chic in Ruffle Sleeves and Embroidery
This top by THML is a winner and I’ve been wearing it all summer long. I’ve worn with shorts, a cotton pencil skirt, and skinny crop jeans. I chose to tuck it in and wear my Louis Vuitton belt to show off my waist. When I wear it with jeans or the skirt, I wear it out.
The pink in the embroidery is what I wanted to focus on in this outfit. Which is why I chose to add my pink wedges and hold this pink clutch. Let’s keep the Barbiecore vibes going!
So Sad to Say Goodbye
So this was my last shoot with my favorite photographer of all time, Melissa Hansen. I am so sad because it’s an end of era. Melissa was with me from almost the beginning of my blog which started in 2013. She is a world class photographer and person and I will miss getting together for shoots. There were so many good times and laughs. I wish her the best. She lives close by so I’m sure we will plan a time in the future to hang out.
I decided to start taking my own photos because I’m blogging less and I need to start saving a little more money. Having Melissa was a luxury. So now it’s on to my husband Michael with doing my photos. Please pray that we don’t kill each other. Lol!
Have a fantastic week friends! XO
