The countdown to the world’s largest water sports show is on. boot Düsseldorf 2024 will occupy 2.37 million square feet of exhibit space in 16 exhibition halls and will feature almost 1,100 boats and yachts, more than 1,600 exhibitors from 65 countries and hands-on venues for diving, surfing, sailing and paddling. The show runs January 20-28.
“boot 2024 will be a show of superlatives,” says boot Director Petros Michelidakis. “We have spectacular world premieres of motorboats and sailing yachts on board. A total of almost 1,100 boats will be moored in Düsseldorf. Superboat Hall 5 is unique in the world and has been on a hugely successful course since boot 2020. Everything that makes a name for itself in luxury tenders is here. Our home port for luxury yachts in Hall 6 is also shining in all its glory. And the offer in sailing halls 15 and 16 with the international market leaders in the sailing industry is perfect.”
The other boating halls are also filled with boats, yachts and tenders, says Michelidakis.

Destination Seaside
Destination Seaside will appeal to fans of vacations on or at the water. Providers from some of the world’s premier water sports regions such as Egypt, Indonesia, Croatia, Mauritius, Trinidad and Tobago and Cyprus will be featured. Charter providers will show how unique a vacation on the water with sailing yachts and motorboats can be. Gliding along the rivers and lakes of Central Europe on a houseboat has also become increasingly popular in recent years and the houseboats in will be one of the central attractions in Hall 13.
Dive Center
Diving will be the attraction in halls 11, 12 and part of hall 13. The manufacturers and retailers will bring their innovative ideas and the latest equipment for diving sports to Düsseldorf, inviting sports enthusiasts to shop at the show. Beginners and professionals can dive in the pool and the futuristic diving tower in Hall 12. Sailing Halls with Complete Fleets and Premieres
Sailing yachts and boats will be exhibited in Halls 15 and 16. Top global players will be there with their complete fleets and premieres, as well as newcomers and innovative start-ups. Almost 100 manufacturers will provide a broad overview of the industry. Sailing enthusiasts will meet in the Sailing Center and on the stage in Hall 15. Surrounded by various class associations, it will offer a unique platform for all sailors and those interested in sailing. Notable names of the international sailing scene will be on hand legends such as sailing veteran Burghard Pieske, as well as current stars such as Rosalin Kuipper from the Netherlands.

Trend Sports Festival
Pure action can be found in Hall 17 at the boot trend sports festival. This is where the surfing scene will come together in all its facets. Forty manufacturers and retailers will showcase the latest trends in wingsurfing and foiling, wakeboarding, pump foiling, SUP and classic windsurfing. Numerous hands-on activities, which can be booked online at www.boot.com, will attract visitors to the boot surfing area on the 60×20-meter action pool. At contests on the boot weekends, the pros show will show what they can do on a narrow board.

Paddle Tours and Old-Boat Treasures
Families with small children can enjoy a leisure canoe tour through a Canadian-style forest setting in the World of Paddling, or enjoy beautiful boat treasures in the Classic Forum in Hall 14. There will also be insights into the everyday work of the water police.

The World’s Largest Yacht and Watersports Trade Fair
With about 237,000 visitors from over 60 countries and more than 1,500 exhibitors from 68 nations, boot Düsseldorf 2024 will be the world’s largest yacht and watersports trade fair.
As always, the show will include stage activities featuring the stars of the scene, current trends and a high-caliber combination of workshops and hands-on activities for both amateurs and experts make this trade fair unique worldwide. Marine protection and innovative, sustainable technologies will also be in focus at boot 2024. In cooperation with the European Boating Industry, the blue innovation dock will provide a unique dialogue format with political, business, technological and media expertise. There will also be the prestigious “ocean tribute” Award presented in partnership with the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and the German Ocean Foundation, as well as the “love your ocean” campaign with its stand in Hall 11.
